I. The Impossible Is Only Possible When You Include God

vs 19 “When the disciples had Jesus off to themselves, they asked, Why couldn’t we throw it out?”

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13

“You will not succeed by your own strength or power, but by my Spirit says the Lord.” Zechariah 4:6

 “for with God nothing shall be impossible” ~ Luke 1:37

II. We Serve A Powerful God

Moon is 100 thousand miles from the earth

Pluto the farthest planet in our solar system is 10 billion miles away

Interstellar Space is 50 billion miles from the earth

Nearest star in our galaxy is 25 trillion miles away

Just beyond is the Intergalactic Space (space between galaxies)

III. God Can Handle The Enemy

    Pity- means to suffer with – love  in action
     
    I. The Massive Crowd of People
    Vs 15 “Toward evening the disciples approached him. We are in a very rural area and it is getting dark. Dismiss the people… verse 16  ''There is no need to dismiss them.  You give them supper. John 6:7 “Philip answered, 200 silver pieces of silver wouldn’t be enough to buy bread for each person to get a piece.”
    Vs 8 “one of the disciples – it was Andrew; brother to Simon Peter – said, There is a little boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish. But that is a drop in the bucket for a crowd like this.”
     
    II. The Teacher and The Provider
    Matthew 14:17-18
    “We only have five small loaves of bread and two very tiny fish
    “Jesus said, Bring them here” Verse 19 - ''Then he had the people sit on the grass”
    Mark says that he commanded them to sit down in companies, by 50’s – by 100’s
     
    God is a God of order – God of organization
     
    III. He Always Provides What We Need
    Verse 19 “He took the 5 loaves and the 2 fish, lifted his face to heaven in prayer, blessed, broke, and gave the bread to the disciples. The disciples gave the food to the people.” Philippians 4:19 my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Vs 20 “The disciples began giving the food to the congregation. They ate their fill. They gathered 12 baskets of leftovers.”

    Vs 5 “Night and day he roamed through the graves and the hills, screaming out and slashing himself with sharp stones.”
    II. Jesus Wants To Be Our Savior
    Verse 8 “Jesus had just commanded the tormenting evil spirit, ‘Out! Get out of the man’ Vs 6”when he saw Jesus a long way off, he ran and bowed in worship before him-then bellowed in protest.” III. What Happens When We Are Saved? Vs 15 “They came up to Jesus and saw a madman sitting there wearing decent clothes and making sense, no longer a walking madhouse of a man” verse 18 “As Jesus was getting into the boat, the demon-delivered man begged to go along” verse 19, "Go home to your own people. Tell them your story—what the Master did, how he had mercy on you” “We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.” ~ 11 Corinthians 4: 8-9 verse 20 says "He departed and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him

    If there had been no entrance of sin in the world, there would be no

    physical disease.
     
    I. Disease Originated With Sin In Garden Of Eden

    Verse 12 "covered with leprosy."

    Vs 12 “when he saw Jesus, he fell down before him in prayer”

    The Bible says, "Wherefore He is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think." 

    "He is able to save to the uttermost those who come unto God by Him." 
     
    II. Jesus Cares For Those With Health Challenges

    “Jesus was moved with compassion”

    COMPASSION- means to feel with your heart

    Hebrews tells us ‘HE IS TOUCHED WITH OUT INFIRMITIES”

    "He put out his hand and he touched him."

    Vs 13 “then and there the his skin was smooth, the leprosy gone”

    Vs 14 “Don’t talk about this all over town”  simply go to the priest and make an offering for your cleansing”

    IT IS DIFFICULT FOR US TO ACCEPT BUT THE TRUTH IS IT IS NOT ALWAYS THE WILL OF GOD TO BRING PHYSICAL HEALING INTO OUR LIVES

    Jesus said to  disciples earlier, "Follow me and I will make you to become fishers of men." There is a spiritual message to those of us who are believers We are to be involved in bringing people to Jesus We are to be inviting people to church We are to teach the Word of God in Sunday School We are to preach the Word of God in worship celebration I. Who Is In Control Of Your Life? “Follow me and I will make you to become fishers of people” "Launch out into the deep.  Let down your nets for a catch." I can only imagine what Simon Peter was thinking I can hear him now because he was not passive Mouth always engaged before the brain could have a clear thought wait a minute, Jesus, you're a carpenter.  I'm a fisherman.   know carpentry.  I know fishing.  You tend to your business. I'll tend to mine." That is experience talking – arrogance talking Self will I am in charge of my life
    "master" in verse 5 means overseer or captain of the boat.

    III. Who Is The Most Important Person In Your Life?
    You will invite people to church THIS IS THE GREATEST MARKETING TOOL IN THE CHURCH TODAY
